We came to OfficeMax (Kirkland, WA) to purchase a laptop. The salesperson did a good job of providing information on the products offered. After waiting all day for them to show up with my Desk, I call at 1757 due to the desk not showing up. Customer service person knows nothing, cannot even figure out how to get status. We bought a chair online on Aug 12th. It was supposed to be shipped in 3 business days. It's been over a week and we still don't have the chair. I am sitting here looking at the OfficeMax website. They advertise a Barnes and Noble Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight. I have called 2 stores and the national customer service line.
