In November, we had to order a simple file cabinet as they did not carry it in stock.This was done on Nov.

15th. They called us on December 15th and told us that it would be delivered the next day. No show. Followed up and and they stated that they could not contact shipper.

They did not want to give us the shippers name. I got it and found out that nothing had been shipped. Next, we got a email stating that they cancelled the order and we would get a refund. no refund as of January 3rd.

Got call said that they just approved my refund.

Also found out that they billed my account twice.This has become a nightmare!!!!!!

Review about: Office Max Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Misrepresentation.
