Office Max - Double charged on 1-20-17.
January 20, 2017 I went into the Office Max (in Redding Ca.) TO PURCHASE INK FOR MY PRINTER.I was charged twice.
$45.03. I went to my bank and was given a copy of my statement - proving I was charged twice. Went back to talk to the Manager, Carrie. Showed her the statement.
She took a copy of it and said she would get back to me. It is 2-14-17 and I had to file a dispute. Still have NOT received my $45.03 back. The Manger never returned any of my calls.
Monday will be one month since their cashier's error and my complaint. terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Will not shop there again.Corporate needs to screen their employees better!
