Went to office max in delafield WI to buy a new laptop. Bought a tech bundle, took it home and in the weeks I had it I had to restart too many times to count because it would freeze up.
Not to mention the battery wouldn't last more than 2 hours. I took it back to the store to exchange it and the assistant manager I talked to pretty much told me I was making up the problems and refused to do an even exchange for it. Said I would have to buy the 100 dollar protection plan to get it fixed, I refused, Took it home to try again and same thing happened.
Finally took it back again and they did the exchange. Terrible customer service, would not buy anything else there ever!
